Service Administrator & Coordinator
(Dumfries & Galloway East)
We are looking for a talented and suitably experienced administrator, enthusiastic about working in the voluntary sector and older people’s services. Applicants will have excellent administrative and general office skills and experience, evidenced working experience of Microsoft Applications and accounts packages and be a talented communicator who thrives in a busy office. Working hours per week will be shared flexibly between our Annan and Dumfries offices.
Someone who can show flexibility to support the Charity needs at this time is essential.
Food Train is an award winning voluntary organisation, providing practical support services to older people across Scotland, helping them to eat well, live well and age well. Our Dumfries and Galloway regional branch currently offers 4 services to older people: grocery shopping, home support, befriending and our innovative Meal Makers neighbourhood meal sharing project.
Part Time (24 hrs)
Salary £18,259 plus pension and travel costs
Contract Funded initially for 12 months
