NO BISCUIT WEEK 2018

It is that time of year again when we put down our digestives and to pick up a pear instead.

That’s right Monday 23rd July 2018 – Friday 27th July 2018 is officially NO BISCUIT WEEK!

As a healthy working lives employer Food Train are proud to promote healthy choices for staff and volunteers in the work place, and No Biscuit Week is a brilliant reminder and motivator to give these choices some consideration.

We will be getting into the spirit of No Bisuit Week at Food Train by sharing pictures of our healthy eating choices along with other health related information that encourages good health decisions such as health advice, healthy recipes and fitness achievements.
